Infant Mental Health Mentor-Clinical

Tara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is an endorsed infant mental health clinician by the Oklahoma Association of Infant Mental Health.  She began her career with a focus on treating childhood sexual abuse and trauma.  As her practice continued, she expanded into treatment of families with infants/young children who have experienced scary and confusing things or have experienced attachment disruptions.  Tara helps adults who have feelings or behaviors that impact the person they want to be.  She is trained in  EMDR, Circle of Security Parenting, Trauma Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child Parent Psychotherapy. Tara believes we are created for connection and with a purpose and wants to serve people so that any barriers to that fulfillment can be diminished.
