When we deny the story, it defines us.
When we own the story,
we can write a brave new ending.
-Brene Brown
What to expect from therapy
Therapy will be provided using evidence-based interventions and a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs.
Your relationship with your therapist will be safe and non-judgmental. With your therapist, you will work to find pathways to honor your strengths and identify feelings, thoughts, actions, and experiences that are impairing your ability to find peace, joy and contentment. Your history is not your whole story, and we will learn together how you can write your next chapters.
